Servier chose Qualification to qualify its Automated Laboratory Equipments

The well known Servier Research Institute (IDRS: Institut De Recherches Servier) chose Discngine Qualification to qualify its Automated Liquid Handling Systems.

The Research and Development site in France and the team in charge of the screening and biobanking (Pôle d'Expertise Criblage Pharmacologique Chimiothèque et Biobanques (PEX CPCB)) is now qualifying all its robotic park thanks to the application. The application enables them to now qualify more quickly their processes and build their control charts thanks to their qualification history.

What is Discngine Qualification?

Discngine Qualification enables scientists to validate the precision and accuracy of their liquid handling systems overtime. The application is workflow-based and lets users easily capture their raw data and validate their robotic processes in real operating conditions (already implemented with the most common readers and platforms). The software can combine colorimetry (or fluorimetry) and gravimetry analyses for a more precise performance evaluation and display results in different visualization for a better understanding. After defining qualification requirements, control charts allow users to easily identify drifts and impacts of maintenance operations. Hosted on a secured cloud environment, QA/QC results can be rapidly shared with colleagues, partners, customers and robotic manufacturers.
