How to create a new analysis in Qualification?

Creating a new analysis in Discngine Qualification

Before creating a new analysis in Qualification, you will need to log into the application with valid credentials. Second, you will need to ensure that you have the appropriate rights to create a new analysis; access to sections of the application are controlled by three distinct roles:

  • Operator: Read, perform and publish an analysis.

  • Administrator: Manage devices and define materials for qualifications and analyses. Administrators can edit rights for each profile and can display functionalities to simplify operator’s tasks.

  • Team manager: Manage profile lists, add new members and adjust access rights provided by the Administrator.

In this example, the qualification associated with the new analyses has already been defined. To learn more about what defines a qualification, read the article here.

Understanding the Dashboard

The analysis dashboard displays all analysis available in the application (ongoing & published) and provides the following essential information for each analysis:

  • Name of the analysis

  • Name of the associated qualification

  • Applicable platform process

  • Type of data imported for the analysis (gravimetry data and/or colorimetry data)

  • Assay date

  • User who created the analysis

  • Analysis status, which can take 3 values:

    • Published

    • Ongoing

    • Invalidated

The analysis status is illustrated by the following icons:
