How To Qualify A 96- To 384-Well Plate Reformatting Process?

The webinar is focusing on the reformatting process from a 96- to a 384-well plate. We will be using colorimetry data coming from an Agilent® Bravo™ and a Perkin Elmer ENvision™ absorbance reader, to illustrate how to:

  • Convert optical density to volume using a reference plate and a fitting procedure

  • Evaluate the performance of your 96 pipetting head (Quadrant statistics)

  • Observe the behavior of each Channel individually

  • Monitor the accuracy and precision of your reformatting process

You will discover how to evaluate the performance of liquid handlers using our new web-based application, Discngine Qualification.
